Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Improving bench press

What do you think is the best to improve my bench press.

    1) ub/lb workout (WSB)
    2) full body workout 3x(squat, bench etc)

Looking forward to hear some comments.

I think you should just keep doing what you are doing!!

I'm finding that a westside-style approach works very well.

Well thx, but my bench press is really lacking behind and I don't know if 1 ME and 1 DE workout with some assistance will improve my bench.

But when I'm doing bench press in a full body workout. I can bench 3 times a week. But the first exercise of my training will always be the squat. Maybe I should start with the bench press, cause the squat takes a lot of energy. Or the squat is an overall warming up for your muscles?

Yes I already follow some trainings of their program. The problem is there benching shirted and I don't bench shirted, cause my bench is to weak.

But I'm going to bench heavy twice a week (pin presses for stronger triceps) and I'm going to make some boards soon. I also do some push presses once a week, what may stronger my triceps.
