I have been doing the first routine with monday: chest/back, wednesday: legs, friday:shoulders&arms.
Whilst im getting results im also getting problems on saturday and sunday. I use my arms and shoulders on saturday and sunday for about 14 hours each day. Nothing intense but its enough. I get major tension on my right shoulder.
So I was wondering if its ok to switch legs with arms/shoulders?
I appreciate why legs comes between those two workouts, but in my case I think the weekends require relaxed upper body.
