What seemed to start out as a slow day in the gym turned out to be great. I made some gains on my chest(from 60 to 65 DB Press), went up some triceps, and got a great pump. Then to top it off I was in the locker room on the scale afterwards and I was flexing. I noticed a my stomach was looking more defined than ever so I flexed my abs and I FINALLY SAW THEM. I had a solid 4 pack going for about an hour till my pump went away. I had done 120 crunches right before so my abs felt really tight. I've looked more since then and I can't quite see them relaxed yet but they are certainly on their way. The funny part is this came outta no where. I actually thought I had been putting on a little to much body fat but I guess I was wrong. The only bad news is I lost 1.5 pounds since last week but I will sacrifice a pound for some abs.
My ab work seems to finally be paying off. Hopefully by next summer I'll be carved up.
