I started doing regular deadlifts exactly like this says. Do I do the stiff legged deadlifts the same way but with just less of a bend on the knees? I checked out exrx for the animation so I have an idea but I wanna get it down perfect any tips would be great.
the best advice is to keep back tight and arched, knees soft and most importantly bend from the hips and not the lower back, go as deep as you can before your back starts to round and pull through your hams and not your lower back
