    stiff legged deadlifts on leg days?

    do u suggest doin stiff legged deadlifts on leg days for the hamestrings or should i stay with the leg curl;s for my hamestrings, and wjat are some tips for stiff legged dead lifts , i heard ur suppost to use real light weight i think

    SLDLs are great for the hammies. Definitely do them on leg day. Keep a slight bend in your knees. As you lower the weight let your butt move back like you were trying to bump someone off of the DL platform. Keep your weight back on your heels and drive your pelvis forward as you raise the weight. Keep your back flat and do not let it round as you lower the weight.
    Just a few pointers. I'm sure there will be more soon.
