    Need Help Fast!!

    my workout is today and im suppost to be lifitng in like an hour or so so i needed some advice for something. today is wedsday and on sunday i lifted really hard and my triceps are still kinda sore from that previous workout, i mean its not too bad but i dont think there 100% healed, i took gluatmine and some vitamins and had a protein shake right after lifting so theres nothing really i could of dont to prevent this, i even did some cardio cuz i heard that helps gettin blood to the muscles to repair the muscle tissue, so if anyone can help me i wanna know if i should take another day off or stay on schedule and go threw with the workout, todays workout is chest and back so im not isolating triceps.. but ne help would be great!!!!

    if you think you need the rest, rest. if you can get through your workout without straining yourself, go for it.

    It's very rare that muscles aren't still sore when I lift the next time. I'm still making big gains. Like they say soreness is not an indicator of much. It just means they were worked. You've had a couple days off already so I'd lift and not worry about it.

    also my bad poor sleep habits arent helping much, i took the day off after starting to lift all my lifts wre down and i was really tired( YAWWWWWWWNNNNNN) so im post poning the workout till tommorow
