genetics will determine your round chest.

i personally pick two of those exercises along with cable flyes every chest workout, but always mix up which two i pick. but no not everyone can have arnolds chest just by doing the right exercises

You can effectively hit the chest with two exercises: dips and incline presses. Or decline and incline. I would do them both in the same day, but my routine avoids failure so I can have a bit more volume.

That's a good idea, fuzz... my routine is a mutation of WBB #1, but I've kept the shoulder press, inclines, and flat, and I'm always worn out by the time I get to the third one (whichever order I end up doing them). If I pared it down to two exercises that could get the whole job done, I think that'd work much better.

Leaning forward will put more stress on the pecs, staying upright will put more stress on the triceps.

none of that will get your chest round if its not genetically already a round shape, it will only make it bigger

You are stuck with what mommy and daddy gave you as far as shape goes. Just hit it hard and make it grow.

Dips for chest will work. It can be a chest exercise and a very good one at that. Like Delphi said, lean forward.

The higher the incline, the more your pec minor and delts are worked. The lower the decline, the more your pec major is worked. You can probably do inclines and declines (skip flat), or inclines and flat (skip declines), and hit everything pretty well.
