    beginner question

    I was just wondering if it would be better for me to do a lighter weight that I can go thru 4 sets of 15 with or would i tbe better to try a heavier weight where say, I can do 3 or 4 sets of about 8 to 10 and maybe even to failure? Does it depend on what I want as an outcome or is there just an overall better way of doing this? Thanks.

    yes it depends

    if you wanna be bigger do heavier wieght with less reps

    Muscles are made with heavy weight but not heavy weight alone.
