    hammer curls?, french press, narow

    how do u do hammer curls, french press, and narrow bench press... sorry im kinda new to body building and dont know what lots of exercises and terms mean.

    hammer curls, and narrow grip bench press(close-grip) are both found in the above, but french press will be found under "lying triceps extensions"

    Hammer curls, palms facing your body as if you were holding a hammer, now curl it. Narrow Bench Press (close grip) your hands should be about shoulder width apart so that when you do the press it hits your triceps the most. French Press aka Skullcrusher aka Lying Triceps Extension is when you are laying on your back on a bench, you hold the barbell up above you as if you had just finished a bench press, now while keeping your elbows in the same position you lower the bar down towars your head and then press it back up with your triceps.
