I'm currently intaking under 20g's of fat a day. Maybe even around 15g. I noticed my skin has gotten a little dry. Should I be taking fat supplements? If so, which one(s)?
My diet breakdown is:
meal1: oatmeal w/protein shake
meal2: 2 rice cakes w/protein shake
meal3: salad w/can of tuna (no dressing). Fruit, water
meal4: tuna in tortilla shell. Fruit, water
meal5: tuna salad. Fruit, water
meal6: protein in 1% milk

why is your fat intake so low ? I would never go less than 20% fat.

Yes you should be eating more fat, including some saturated fat.
I recommend a tbs of cod liver oil, one of coconut oil and one of olive oil.
