Ok...because I used to be very overweight i had exccess skin all over my lower chest and stomach area. I recently did work to my stomach. A basic tummy tuck. I also did some lower chest work. I'm going on my third week of the surgery and they really don't see like they are going to go away. I am speaking of the excess skin on my lower chest. Maybe its still swollen. But the reason my doctor did not get it like he should have is because I wanted to minimize scaring. Anyways my question is if I do enough chest work will this go away?
Time will tell, I guess.
Why don't you ask your doctor?
Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
"You're wrong, and I have a completely irrelevant pubmed abstract that may or may not say so." - Belial
I has a blog.
I has a facebook.
I will do that. Thanks. But actually I did ask him and he said I may need a second operation. I like no way. Thats more money. So maybe I am assuming I can add more size to my chest possible it will go away?

Usually after work like that they put you in some sort of support garment to help firm up skin. Did you get one?
