I wanna start on an HIIT program and just bought a pulling sled to use. I was wondering in what ways I could use the sled in the program?
pull it real fast, then slow down, etc.

pull it as hard as possible till you can't pull it anymore, rest, then repeat. that's what HIIT is
if you're measuring time/distance, then you're doing HIIT incorrectly. as the workout continues then the intervals should probably shorten slightly anyway
