To get good at most things takes 2-4 years i.e BodyBuilding, Martial Arts, Musical Instrements ect.
To Master it, takes a life time - Buff Stuff

HST= hypertrophy specific training
Hypertrophy means bigger muscles, opposite of atrophy, hence HST. The whole hst concept is to frequently stimulate muscles to grow, with progressing weights, without frying the CNS.
btw, im starting the routine tommorrow. today is the last day of SD (deconditioning), im itching to get back into the gym.

but i dont understand a thing off that website, i mean uall talk about the workouts, where did u get them and all that
there's a sample routine on the HST site, or just design your own.
read the forums too...go into the HST FAQ forum, that should cover every single question you have.
