Whether i'm lifting or stretching or pulling my right arm, my anterior shoulder joint( deltoid anterior) hurts a lot. I noticed it 3 weeks ago but didn't bother me as much 'til I started lateral raise dumbbell. What can I do? Maybe my lifting posture are not correct. I read somewhere that this joint is called rotary cuff??(maybe spelled wrong). It is the joint between the deltoid anterior and pectoralis major. It also hurts when I am doing incline bench press actually this worsen the pain that I had to stop.
Another unrelated question is about rotary torso machine. Does this works the obliques? People in my gym rushes to this machine but I prefer incline twisting sit-ups.
