Bump the healthy fats a bit. Shoot for about 170g protein / day.
What are the goals? Are you bulking or cutting?
Well. I am trying to cut. Cut my stomach @ least. Really I wouldnt call it cutting, but I just want to get rid of the stomach, I dont need a 6-pack, but a little fat off of it would be nice. It makes me self-concious, which is not needed. I figure as my chest and muscles get bigger, my whole front region will start to come together. the stomach will look more in shape.
As for the protein, I did not take my Whey today, therefore it was low.
As for healthy fats, what has them besides all natty pb?

I'll just throw some olive in in a salad or smg.
You have a condition know around here as the "Skinny fat" look. You need to eat more than that if you want to put on any kind of muscle. Clean up your diet. But the protein/cals and lift heavy. everything will fall into place.
Okay, thanks a lot. So I can eat a lot? Just only the good stuff. No fatty foods, and hit the weights hard.
