Eat more. A lot more. And get used to it. What was your biggest meal?

I could probably eat all that in one sitting and be okay.

You need to get your stomach used to taking in more food, because nobody can really bulk effectively on 2030.

wow, you really dont have much of an appetite...even for someone your weight that is really not much food at all...and I find it hard to believe you could gain any weight eating 2030 cals. But I have severe hunger pains eating 4000 cals a day, so I guess everybody is different.

I'd eat approximatley 24 X your bodyweight, since your 162 I'd eat 24X162 so thats 3888 cals. I would still consider that a fairly lean slow bulk. Depending on your metabolism.

Most people would gain fat rather quickly eating at 24xbw, and the bw formulas are not much more than an estimate anyway. If you are gaining at your current calorie intake why would you want to double your calories?

I am not saying that some people can not eat 24Xbw and not gain much fat, but these people are few and far between.

I would add in some carbs post workout (more than just the white bread), and bump your fat intake up (EFAs).

Also the bread could be one of the reasons you feel so full. I know that if I eat too much bread I get that bloated lethargic feeling, so replacing some of your cals with other carb sources might be worth trying (oats, potatoes, beans, etc.).

No. DON'T do cardio. Why the hell would you want to speed up your metabolism if you're trying to gain weight. By all means, do it for health reasons, but realize that it will make it harder to gain.

If you have trouble getting in more calories, trying consuming more liquid meals (i.e. protein shakes, milk, weight gainers).

I tried not doing cardio for a while and I seriously felt out of shape the next time I tried to run. I play bball too so I have to do cardio. I can't get out of shape. I have cut back but I can't stop.

If you are gaining weight I have yet to see the problem. What I am saying, is that if you are currently gaining at 2000 cals then why and increase cals over that amount?

Although I see where the others are coming from, in that 2000 cals is quite low, especially to be bulking.

th reason I am thinking about increasing is that I am gaining VERY SLOW and I found out yesterday that I am 10% BF when I thought I was like 14. Therefore I think I got some room to grow and since my summer quest for abs is over, I might as well try getting bigger and worry about a 6 pack next year.

I want to keep a low BF% but if I gotta gain a lil fat so i can get some quicker overall size thats fine.

Don't get me wrong. I am not saying that you should not increase cals, but increasing them above and beyond what is necessary just does not make much sense. There is no need to gain fat just for the sake of gaining fat, and I would recommend determing what calorie intake will give you the best ratio of LBM to fat gained and stick with that amount.
