Yesterday I found out I was 10% BF and I thought I was more like 14%. So I decided I will be making an attempt to up my calories and gain some more weight.

Right now I am fukkin stuffed.

Here is my day

3 slices of WW bread

1 slice of White bread Post workout

1 Metrx Protein shake

2 100% whey shakes(pre and post workout)

1.5 cans of tuna

1 small piece of baked Catfish

4 Tbspns Natty pnut butter

5 cups skim milk

2.5 cups Wheaties

10 Reduced fat crackers
