The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

OK...one of the reasons my bicep was flat was due to the fact that I had my fist twisted outward on that flex to acentuate the forearm. So heres another pic showing bicep with fist clenched inward. I also grabbed my upper arm on the forearm shot to make the veins pop out more. But only for a second or two. Heres the bicep pic..

Whew. I'm glad we got the bicep pic in there. I was worried after seeing just the forearm pic. But the arms look good.
Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

No direct forearm work. Just graspin the bars on the rows and lat pulls. I always work the back really hard. My grip is usually what gives in first. I got friggin gorilla hands. I can hold on real tight for a good long time. Plus, being a backyard mechanic since I was a kid, i guess that never hurt my forearm development.

When I was A kid I asked my mom why my veins showed. She told me it was because im healthy. Just always been that way. Low fat content. muscle grows underneath the major viens and makes them pop out more, while fat covers them up.
