The routine for back and chest (day1) says:
Close grip chins: 2 x 9 - 11
and later on it says
Wide grip pulldowns or deadlifts: 2 x 9-11
I'm doing CG Chins and then WG pullups, since I dont have a lat pulldown machine, and I don't want to do deadlifts (i have a reason - long story).
but the CG chins really tire my lats too much - and I really like doing the WG pullups because it puts more focus on the lats and less on the biceps.
Can I switch the order of these two around? ie
first WG pullups
then CG Chins.
will that be okay?
also, how close is "close grip"
should my hands be touching?
