    The Big Compounds

    Im using bench, squat, deadlift, row, chinup

    Can upright rows have the potential to be better than shoulder presses? Which is better suited as the sixth compound of the group.

    My medial delts are really lagging. Presses, shoulder and bench, both stress the anterior delts so thats why i think upright rows should be the sixth in the group.

    i love upright rows for shoulders, why not do upright rows one week and millatary presses the next
