On Saturday I was doing chest, after a couple of sets I got this shooting pain right up my left arm. My arm felt very weak it was hard to grip anything. The strange thing is, when I was in the pushing position I could still perform my sets. I finished my workout with the pain lasting throughout.
When I left the gym the pain started going away.
Last night I was doing back and again after a couple sets the exact same thing happened. Pain right up my whole left arm. Stays there the duration of my session and goes away again afterwards.
I did strain my lower back during a match on Thursday, this is the only thing that may have cuased something to happen although I cant see how a lower back strain, could cause pain in my left arm.
Anybody know whats up with me??
