Okay guys and gals I have a goal of power cleaning 225. I just want to know how many people have done this. I'm 200lbs 5'9", and it seems like this is going to be a hard goal to reach. I got 4 sets of 4 at 150 today...but 225 seems way off. Anyone have any tips? I should also mention that I want to go into a over head press to finish the movement.
