    5 day split

    i got 5 days 2 workout and 30 min each day.. heres wha i thought of...

    day 1-arms
    bb curls 3x10 or 6x5
    close bench press 3x5 or 6x5

    day 2-legs
    squats 5x10 or 10x5
    stiff deads 3x10 or 6x5

    day 3-chest
    bench press 5x10 or 10x5
    calf raises 3x10 or 6x5

    day 4-back
    bb rows 5x10 or 10x5
    shrugs 3x10 or 6x5

    day 5-delts
    behind the neck press 5x10 or 10x5
    rotator cuff work 3x10 or 6x5

    +warmups... how does it look? not really 2 failur but close...str8 sets

    doesnt look bad, as long as you're going heavy. i'd try to add some regular deads in there as well though
