I have a workout room here at my deparment so it's all free. On the incline dumbell press, however, the DBs only go to 75. While it gives me a decent workout now, in about a month, they won't feel so heavy.
Can you use a barbell in this routine for incline presses or are we supposed to use DBs for the whole stablizer muscle thing.
Nothing wrong with barbell when the db's get too light.
