It's not so much of a rash, but more of an irritation I get when my thighs rub together for long periods of time when I'm on the treadmill.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what's the best way to prevent it? Vaseline perhaps? Right now I'm treating it w/ baby powder, but there's got to be some way to prevent it from happening.
I suppose this could've gone in the health forum, but it applies here too.
