Greetings, fellow WBB'ers. As I write this, I'm sitting in my bed drinking a Natural Light. You might ask yourself, why in the hell would a bodybuilder be drinking at 12:13 in the afternoon on a weekday. Well, let's just say I've adapted well to college life. Having said that, what do I expect out of this journal? I honestly don't know. Last night I worked out for the first time in about two months, and it felt fantastic. I know that working out is not going to be a problem for me.
Dieting on the other hand, well that's going to be tough. I've been eating extraordinarily clean for a college student since I've been down here, but I've been drinking like a toilet. For now, I'm going to say my goal will be fat loss. I'm going to start running in the mornings before class to compensate for the drinking, because I know that not drinking is not an option. I won't be touching any pharmaceuticals until I know I'll be able to not drink, so it's pretty safe to say I'm not going to be doing any injections any time in the near future.
Anyway, I hope this journal is fun. Please feel free to spam the crap out of me and bullsh!t. I'm here to have a good time.
