    curling

    they r starting to have single curl in the competitions and i have a very stong curl for my age and size i was just wondering how much i would need to win a competition?????????? i can do 95lbs 8x on a straight bar with no bending the back at all, and im from wv so there shouldnt be to many ppl entered

    I guess it depends on your age and size.
    Squats work better than supplements.

    Seems pretty good to me.

    I don't know anything about curling in a contest. Give it a try, and see how you do. In general, it depends on who shows up.

    some of the nasa powerlifting cometitions have it
