I was thinking of varying the wbb1 routine so that i would not work 2 huge muscle groups in the same day like back and chest. to do the main bench and deadlifts heavy wrecks you for the rest of the exercises and shoulders bis and tris seems far too much together.
How does this work with ye?
1)chest and shoulders
2)legs and tris
3)back and bis
This is done on the same days as wbb1 routine any advice would be great
