    woo-hooo. the gains are on the way.

    i am finally back to the gym.
    Last week I went back after being absent for months.
    today is my 5th day back.
    so far got all my supplements (only creatine and weight gainer)
    and already back to 80% of my max.
    I am happy.

    I plan to learn much more on this board and take it to the gym.

    time for gains.

    then pix with king kamali. I don't want to be that big, but it would be just for ego trip to say i know him. lol.

    curl - 55lbs (dumbell 3x)
    squat - 285 lbs (few times)

    dude,
    eating is like my part time job right now.
    keeping track of the calories, protein, fat and time table.
    I really hope I can pull this off and in no time i should be in my ideal shape (which is not really all that much) hehhehe
