Just getting started again after almost 20 years away from the gym.
I started lifting again the first week of December, along with cleaning up my diet.
Had a fitness eval with a trainer today, so it seemed appropriate to begin a journal now.
38 years old (male)
26% bf (ouch, but could be worse i guess)
i am currently lifting Mon/Tues off Wed lifting Thurs/Fri
trying to decide if i should revamp the schedule with more cardio to lose fat more quickly, or say f&(* it, and just keep lifting for mass and lose the fat more slowly.
If you want to comment i'll read what you have to say. Always looking for good input.
yeah, but now i'm single again, my youngest kid is getting ready to graduate from HS, etc. Thought it might be nice to be around to enjoy the rest of the ride......
Just cardio today
Run/walk split for 1.5 miles, trying to up the cardio and burn some fat.
Going to do a 4 mile road race 03/20/2004, something to shoot for.
