Can any one help me with a good ab routine that would help strenghten my abs and make them more visible that i will throw in between my workout twice a week thx guys if u can help me
Check out the book "Legendary Abs II". Good read and excercises.
Weighted crunches and hanging leg raises (toes to hands). Beyond those to get the strength built up, getting them to show is all diet.
Also, there is a search button. Doing that might help you get a few more ideas as well.
Inclined Russian Twists or just regular russian twists are really good. You need very strong ab muscles to even do these though, they are extremely intense.
Also ever see that little wheel at the store, the ab-roller it's usually called. It's like 5 bucks, really works you hard. Those are my 2 favorite, crunches get boring.
to strenghten abs or to get abs visable do u need to use weighted abs exercises or can u still build them up by just using ur BW
LOL, listen... training doesn't make abs visible. Visible abs are found in the kitchen.
Now, the abs are a muscle like any others. Do you do any other body weight exercises after you can 12 reps? You normally start adding weight at that point right? Build strength by using weight. They'll get stronger and bigger. Again, depending on how your diet is, this [i]might[/b] make them a bit easier to see but its the visibility is all dependent upon your diet!
oh absoultely i know that but im trying to say if u already got a diet in order what would be some exercises to make them visible big boy!
The russian twists man, they are KILLER, try to do one, just one, I dare you.
You can do them weighted also btw. Do a search on google for an animation/drawing.

I like doing weighted crunches on a decline bench (like a roman)
I hold 3x25lb plates as I do them.
Also weighted hanging knee raises, don't let your knees drop beyond 90 degree point before bringing them back up to your chest. I find that holding a db between your feet is easy to do.
