Calories per meal
I have to eat 3500 calories a day so its hard to get all my calories in.... people say to eat 5-6 small meals a day... hows it possible to eat 5-6 small meals a day when i have to eat 3500 calories... can ne one refrase this myth or help me out
i have to take in at least 4000 cals a day, so i eat about 4 large meals a day, plus some snacks in between. just make your meals bigger its easier to get the cals. i have to stuff myself each meal, i don't see why you would limit meal size if bulking
It doesnt have to be 5-6 *small* meals. It can be 5-6 *medium* meals or *large* meals. Im currently eating 3500 calories too, and I get it in via 3-4 ~700 calorie meals, and a bunch of snacks throughout the day.
