Is this good or bad
I've been working out for more than a year already and have made pretty good progress.I weighed 185 pounds and then ina span of 2 weeks i lost like 4 pounds. I'm getting stronger in my excercise and increasing in weight.So am I losing muscle or fat.
My body fat was 10.5 % when I was at 185. Presently I am at 182.
My abs are more visible
I think it could be all fat not sure. I read somewhere on the internet that there is a limit to how much fat the body can break down in a week. Not sure if this is true or not but if I remember correctly the limit was 1.5 to 2 pounds a week.
Anyways if you look leaner and your power is up it has to be good.
