i have started to work out intensively over the last week.
Now, i notice myself to be kinda bulky (which I don't want).
I want more of the tone body like the models have yet cut.
So here i am doing 20reps 3 x sets of each exercise.
why am I getting bulky, plus I am on strict diet with low fat high meals.
I am not taking any supplements to burn fat such as Hydro oxycut, should i start???
advise needed before i become 2 big.
I am not even doing heavy weights yet....
