hey Everyone.. this is a recent 9 today :P ) pic of me.. im curreltly cutting to try and get sum abs.. never seen those before :P but here is a lil background info about me.. over 2 years ago i was @ my heaviest.. 240lbs then i crash dieted down to like 135-140 @ a height of 59.. and i was still fat.. "skinny fat" i was eating less then 1000 cals a day for like 3-4 months! i dunno how i managed it.. but i did.. well then i got reading into the bodybuilding thing.. started to fix myself up.. and 7 or so months ago i got a weight set for my home.. started using it and "bulking" up. then i eventually got a gym membership.. and kept bulking.. well i bulked up to 170 lbs, my bf% lowered, and im generally pleassed withmyself.. now i wanna cut and try to get sub 10 so i can see my abs.. from the pic how do you think ive dun recovering from my 100lb crash diet weight loss. thanx for the critics guys.. next bulk i really need to pump my chest HARD! it just don't grow :P
Edit: I know i need a body shave lol, and a tan.. and the pic was taken at night time, with no pump or anything.. muscles kinda looking flat since im doing a low carb diet.
