    just so you know what I look like

    Dispite the fact I've been here before these are actally my first pics thats for two reasons 1. I didn't really have the confidence to do it 2. my old cam was crap.

    well, ya sure are lean

    is your plan to bulk up from there? Looks like you don't have any problems that 3500 calories a day can't solve.

    You should learn to pose, copy some pros or experienced people on here.

    If you want to improve your body youll have to eat a lot of food.

    it looks as though food is your major stumbling block, if money is a problem, drink milk and buy egg and oats, if your really tight for money buy whole milk and drink a few pints a day, this way you will be able to increase your bodyweight.
    The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...

    the two foods i have found to be cheap and have decent protein are peanuts and oats. olive oil also has one of the best cals/$ ratio out there for healthy food. if you're still short on protein when you increase your cals, beans are very cheap source of protein, and milk, eggs, and tuna aren't bad. Buy in bulk.

    edit: peanuts, oats, and olive oil are both over a thousand calories per dollar where i buy. rice is probably cheaper, but it has a lot less protein. if i remember, spaghetti is pretty cheap too.

    Do you live at home?

    If so, you can mix a milkshake with stuff your mom probably already buys and a little extra. Give this a go:

    Ingredients:

    whole milk
    dried out milk powder (cheap and adds protein)
    ice cream



    Combine the above to your own taste and 1000 calories (just check the serving size on the labels and then calculate the correct number of calories). This will provide a protein rich, calorie dense supplement to your regular diet. Drink 2 of these a day to go with your regular meals (eat as much as you normally do at the meals)

    Make sure to train hard and consume these shakes and you will gain weight. Follow the wbb #1 routine listed on this site.
