    New to forums, looking for help.

    Hey everyone, I am new to the forums and looking for some help regarding supplements and gaining weight. Here is a link to my thread regarding my questions:

    dstruktiv, you've got a great base to start with. You definitely look like you're making great progress and by eating alot more you should do very well. You're lifts that you mentioned are also ace. Keep going.
