I never know when its time to add more exercises to my routine (if ever). I've had luck gaining over the last 2 years with a very basic routine like those listed by MAKI.(30 lbs) However it seems like most on here have a lot more packed in to each session. So I'm figuring that at some point people start adding more exercises. When do you do this? The only changes I usually make are switching things up, but the reps/exercise number usually remains closely the same
that being said, I do however always try to increase either the weight or reps per week
why dont you post your routine.
