    i eat :

    1 whole egg
    3 egg whites
    1 cup of rolled oats (the slow cooking kind)
    1 cup blueberries
    2 cups skim milk
    1 tbsp olive oil

    blend this bad boy up and you have alot of calories in an almost perfect ratio..
