I had to take off the past 2 days becuase of baseball. Yesturday was suppose to be chest and today is suppose to be legs..... can I do legs an chest in one day (today) ?

I remember reading somewhere that working out adheres to the rule of diminishing returns.
One good rep will give you 50% of the beneft that 8 sets of 10 reps will, thus workouts like "2 minute full body magic" and stuff like that which people quickly discard.
Ideally you'd shoot for the full 100% benefit of the 6-8 sets with 5-12 reps....but given the choice do what ya can!
Why not just do chest today and legs tomorrow? Moving workouts a day back and forth won't hurt anything.Originally Posted by Raven21
