The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Titan Training program

Any of you ever heard of the Titan Training Manual by Lee Costa? The book seems to have great reviews on several sites I've visited, but I was wondering if any of you had experience with this before I dished out the cash to buy the book.

It's a high-volume training method that gives lip service to periodization. The different phases of periodization aren't all that different. The hypertrophy cycle looks very similar to the maximum strength cycle, for instance. Any heavy-light periodization program will be as good as, if not better, than this program, IMO.

You got any idea where I can find a heavy/light periodization program or any good links on the topic?

    Thanks.
