    Power Clean
    Squat
    Stiff Leg Deadlift
    Push Press
    Dumbell Bench
    Chins
    Tricep Extension
    Bicep Curl

    Do this routine 2-3 times a week. Eat alot and work out before you play basketball.

    ditto on plyometrics, thats gonna be ur biggest contributor to your ups...

    work ur hip flexorstoo! (power cleans, clean jerks, lunges)

    I mean look at Javiar Sotomayer who high jumps 8ft or something ridiculous like that, dude has skinny legs, looks like he's never done a deadlift or squat in his life, but I bet ya the kid does some mad plyometrics

    Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

    Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial
