    Deads

I have just started lifting seriously and I want to add deads my split. I am not sure where to place them. On back day or leg day? Also, I am not quite sure how to do them properly. I have been doing 1/4 deads on back day and they really help but I am clueless on how to do regular deads. Any help would be appreciated.

Try doing them on your back day, and then do some straight-leg DLs on your leg day. Links below for proper form

BTW, those are some NICE stats.

This is exactly how I've been doing mine and I've had great results. Some feel differently about when to do deads though. You need to do what's works for you.
Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

I was doing them on back day, but i've decided to add another day to my split just for deadlifts because they take so much out of me.

Deadlifts take more out of me than any other exercise. I do them when I work the upper body.

Man I'm ready to collapse after doing deadlifts. That's why I leave them til last on my back day.

I do them on my 2nd leg day. I start off with them, then continue with other stuff.

Yeah, squats drain me more than anything. I love them though. Actually deads and squats have to be my favorite exercises. I love it when I hear people say how they hate leg days. I eat them up.
