    Spinning

    Has anyone every done spinning before? I have been making advancements with this girl down at school. She works out at the athletic club that i work at. Last week she invited me to come spinning with her. I bike a lot so I figured that this would be a fairly easy class.

    I was sorely mistaken. Spinning is so tough!!! I was hurting at the end of class. Of course I was trying to keep my cool throughout the class so as to not make a fool of myself in front of the girl who was a veteran spinner.

    It's fun, but very tough. I think that I'm gonna incorporate it into my cardio routine more often.

    But since I went to her spin class, I talked her into coming to my Yoga class this sunday.....hehehe

    It's biking on these special bikes that when you start pedalling the bike keeps pulling you along even if you try to stop.

    I'd rather ride a bike. Burn more calories in less time.

    My friend and me both fancied one of the instructers at our gym, only problem was she did the expert class and it was our first time. we were soaked!LOL. Never again....

    I was going to spinning classes twice a week while cutting. Great class and if the instructor is good and the music selection is good then the time flies by. It might even be something I continue doing through my bulk.

    LOL! I had the same misconception...when I was rehabbing an injury, my physical therapist recommended Spinning for low-impact cardio. I thought "how hard can indoor biking be?" But when I took my first class, I loved it. Like HY said, if the instructor and the music is good and you push yourself, you can really get an intense interval workout from it and it's actually fun!

    Yep, I'm going to spin again tomorrow.....

    BTW, remember that girl that I was interested in who took the spin class with me? Well she invited me to a party at her beach house on sunday.....hehehe....wish me luck
