I'm eating at about maintanence right now I "think" and my activity level is extremely high. My goal is to cut, but slowly. I don't want to lower my calories, at least not yet I like the energy I'm getting eating this amount, it's very comfortable and it lets me lift very hard. I'm gonna wait like 2 more weeks to see what happens to my BF and weight. If my weight goes up, it has to be muscle, because there is no way I can gain fat eating the 2600ish calories I eat every day with the workouts I do.

Anyways is it bad if lots of my calories come from saturated fat? If I'm burning more calories than I consume, would that saturated fat I consume get burned also? Like would say 20-40grams a day be bad?
