    Ketose level..

My ketostix only won't go higher than trace or small of ketoses level. I know this depends from person to person and how hydrated your body is but might it have an effect on how much fat I am burning ?

even if you're in mild ketosis that's good. I don't know how many carbs your eating. ..(under 10g still)...but if you keep it up you might go a little deeper. You might just be resistant a bit......but the fact is, that if you are in ketosis, you are burning fat.

yep. don't worry about it... if you're drinking lots of water, you're diluting your urine alot also.. leading to only trace amounts detected. Like Tryska says, as long as even trace amts are found... you're in!

I wish I wasn't in..... I'm going nuts... carb-hunger killing me right now.

Don't count on ketosix too much.
You can understand when you're in ketosis by other factors.
