Alright fellas. I keep measurning my BF% and I keep coming up with 10 - 8%. I have been using the 7 site test which is the most accurate. I have been doing research and according to a couple of sources since I have a lot of muscle I can eat more on my cut. Any suggestions on that? Roughly my intake is about 2000 cals on a daily basis. I weigh somewhere around 172.
