I've been lifting now for about 12 weeks.
I am 6'0 and started at 175lbs with approx. 22% bodyfat.
I am now at 181lbs and 15% bodyfat.
I know gaining muscle and losing bodyfat is easier for newbies so I don't expect it to continue but it is nice to see results.
My training includes 3 day lifting....3 day cardio (45 minutes) each.
I've been eating very clean but I have not really been counting calories (yet).
Is my progress reasonable?
