dude you should be proud you dont look 200 lbs and i would say by looking at you there is now way you could bench 300 or curl 70 lb dumbells so just imagine how much your strength will increase when you actually make the gains you desire

ya 225 is a toy for bench. mon after i did 270 with some help to get the muscles back into the game, i did 225 after that and was benching it like it was 135.
ya in jan 2003 i started curling 40lb dumbells. i kept a log on my computer on my progress. well i did start actually curling i think in 8th grade, i started of with 10lb dumbellstuttut ya i was a weak kid, 15yo and i couldnt even bench the bar, 30lbs was my starting bench weight. and beleive i can bench 300max, but its a HEAVY MOFO. id take pics but its nothin like a videos proof.
Feb. 3rd. can bench 185lbs 5 times, 3 reg 2 cheat.. 195lbs

these reps are UNASSITED, if i needed help going up then i dont count it. i dont NOT rock back and forth in curling, that is standing up, just bi's. thats the last time i put progress into it july 29th.
as of now (before i ****ed up my arm) 260x5bench 300 max and 130x5rep standing barbell curl.
Congrats.... Your chest and arms got a little bigger.
If you really want to start seeing results, start working your deadlifts, rows, squats, and overhead presses as hard as your benches and curls

as of according to that. i tried my best to remember the form when i went to the gym, i put 225 on the barbell and tried best ic old to do it like that guy, i do reps of 5 and did that, but possibly felt room for 5 more. but i feel it more in the mid/lower back area. and i didnt feel all that right "dead lifting", maybe cause iv never done it before. but ya my back is all sore now.
Don't get discuraged, it is so much eisier to gain lean mass when you are starting out thin. Do your research, protien rich foods and suplements should become your best friends. Push as many calories and continue to work hard in the gym and you will see results. There is no way to good size over night, have some patience bro.

ya wel my arms are having trouble gettin bigger, they just say the same strength and size for months, i guess its too good to be true to keep growing
u wanna hit over 200grams of protein a day? start eating a lot more tuna and chicken. cold cuts, lean meats. screw the weight gainer crap, get your self a quality protein supplement.
im not on weight gainer, i am on PRO RATED protein, i try to drink 4-6 scoops (1 scoop is a serving @ 22grams per) a day
