As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

Tis what I've heard as well. Jay's always been a favourite of mine. I might have to wait longer for him to take the crown.

BTW, is the olympia broadcasted on any channel? Isn't it on Fox Sports Net or something?

It's supposed to be on Pay per view like last year I believe.

Also, Ronnie always looks phenomenal 5-6 weeks out at around 290 pounds, then he always manages to bring a low 260s physique to the show which doesn't do the former justice. Supposedly this year he's gonna bring that bad ass 280-290 physique.

He'd better. Gunter said he was plannig on being 310 for the olympia and I'm sure Cutler is going to be huge. Didn't get a chance to ask him that day but Gunter definitely said he was going to be 310 when we asked him.

Yeah what a bummer so many will be missing.
Kevin Levrone and Markus Rahl are both out with tricep tears. I believe Shawn Ray is expecting a baby or in the process of making babies so he won't be attending. Kamali and Titus are training for 2004 and Flex Wheeler is retiring.
Who do you think the top 5 will be?
    My picks:
    1. Jay Cutler
    2. Ronnie Coleman
    3. Gunter Schlierkamp
    4. Chris Cormier
    5. Dennis James

Rons got something to prove this year after all the controversy last year.. I can imagine he'll be in the shape of his life. Of course, if he is, he'll be unbeatable.
    Let me get this straight...
You get play from the girl of your dreams
PR Shoulder Press using the 3 digit dumbells
Hit up some fun with the guys
    Then get more play
(all in one afternoon/evening I might add.. S)
You are a success my friend . Share your secrets. (Crippy)

Ronnie will be the best, but Cutler/Gunter will win, because of their publicity this year.

Interesting... I guess all of the rumors about Shawn Ray being gay and posing for gay men were not true.
